I spent two decades in leadership and people-centered roles, working closely with executives and guiding organizations through growth and transition. I was good at it and loved it. But eventually, that path led me to burnout. My soul was calling me forward — and my body was telling me something my mind hadn't caught up to yet: it's time to become undone.
As I healed physically, something else awakened. I returned to practices I'd kept quietly on the side: Reiki, intuition, the language of energy. I trained deeply in Akashic healing and learned to trust the subtle intelligence that moves through everything.
I discovered that intuition doesn't require permission, ritual, or external validation. It simply requires presence.
